BASKETBALL LESSONS

The J offers individual and small group lessons with one of our staff instructors. Work with your coach to determine the scope of the lessons – shooting, ball handling, scoring moves, etc.

Lessons are available for both boys and girls and for players of all ages and skill levels.  Each lesson is 60 minutes.
